We are delighted to have our Davis Vantage Vue weather station up and running at Scoil na mBuachaillí, Clonakilty. This fantastic addition provides accurate, real-time local weather data for both our pupils and the wider community.
The station is a powerful learning tool within the school. Pupils can work with live data to explore weather patterns, track changes over time, and develop important skills in Maths, Science, data handling and critical thinking. It brings learning to life and supports meaningful, hands-on STEM experiences across the curriculum.
This is also a valuable resource for the local community, offering up-to-date weather information that can be useful for daily planning, farming, sports, and outdoor activities.
