The sessions are always full of fun, movement, encouragement and excitement. Aoife brings incredible energy and expertise to every class, helping our pupils to build confidence, coordination and strength through a wide variety of activities and challenges.
We are also so lucky to have such fantastic facilities in our school, giving the children a wonderful space to learn new skills, stay active and enjoy movement in a safe and supportive environment. 💙
