Our aim is to provide a broad, balanced education that nurtures the intellectual, physical, emotional, cultural, moral, and spiritual growth of every pupil. By combining academic excellence with creativity, sport, music, STEM, and community engagement, we help children discover their talents and achieve their full potential.

Scoil na mBuachaillí is more than a school — it is a community. With 240 pupils and a dedicated team of 22 staff, including classroom teachers, special class teachers, support teachers, and special needs assistants, we ensure that every child receives the care and guidance they need to thrive. Our Catholic ethos is at the heart of everything we do, reflected in our caring spirit, commitment to learning, and the wide variety of curricular and extra-curricular opportunities we offer.

From STEM experiments and coding challenges to music lessons, sporting events, chess competitions, library workshops, and community projects, pupils are actively engaged, building confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning. Our strong community links, including partnerships with the local Credit Union and library, enrich our pupils’ experiences and foster a sense of connection beyond the classroom.
